Private Lesson: Online

Service Description

Online private lessons are perfect for those who have the ability to train from home (or in a local studio space). Whether you're near or far, you'll receive guided online coaching to encourage proper progression through skills. Private lessons are available for Pole, Aerials, Contortion, Handstands, and more! Recordings of these lessons are also available after the session! Note: If booking for pole or aerials, please contact info@elspethcudmore.com or @itselspeth prior to requesting booking to find a suitable timeslot. Alternately, verbally guided privates can be offered - please specify this in your booking request (online privates are taught in my home training space by default, without access to an aerial point) Cancellation Policy: To reclaim the credit for your private lesson booking, rescheduling or cancellation must occur at least 6 hours prior to class. Please contact info@elspethcudmore.com or @itselspeth on instagram if you are cancelling within 6 hours of the session! This does not apply to unlimited monthly memberships (no penalty for no-shows or cancellations) or to in-person private lessons (see in-person private lesson page).
